This Return Policy applies to purchases of office exercise services from Herbalststrainia, including Desk Reset Micro-Session, Team Flow Workshop, Monthly On-Site Program, and listed add-ons on move-catalog.html. Because our products are delivered as live sessions rather than physical goods, cancellation and credit rules differ from retail returns.
1. Nature of Services
Sessions are performed on agreed dates at your workplace or designated venue in Sweden. Once a coach delivers a scheduled session, that portion of the service is considered fulfilled and non-returnable in the sense of physical product returns.
2. Business and Consumer Context
Many clients contract as businesses. Where Swedish distance selling rules grant a statutory withdrawal right, you may cancel within fourteen days of distance contract formation if the service has not begun with your express consent. Contact office@herbalststrainia.pro promptly. Custom monthly programs may include separate contract terms signed by both parties.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a confirmed session without fee if we receive written notice at least forty-eight hours before the start time. Notices should include booking reference, company name, and proposed alternative dates. We will confirm availability within one business day.
4. Late Cancellation by Client
Cancellations within forty-eight hours of start may be charged up to one hundred percent of the session fee because coaches and travel are allocated. For Monthly On-Site Program clients, one late cancellation per quarter may be waived at our discretion.
5. Cancellation by Herbalststrainia
If we cancel due to coach illness, severe weather, or force majeure, you may choose a full credit toward a rescheduled session or a refund of prepaid fees for the affected date. We are not liable for indirect costs such as room bookings you arrange separately.
6. Desk Reset Micro-Session
Price: 449 kr including VAT where applicable. Full refund available if cancelled forty-eight hours or more in advance. No refund after the coach has checked in on site, except where we fail to deliver the advertised fifteen-minute guided format.
7. Team Flow Workshop
Price: 2 890 kr. Cancellations fourteen or more days before the event receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable third-party costs disclosed in writing. Cancellations seven to thirteen days before receive a fifty percent credit. Within seven days, the fee is due in full unless we reallocate the slot to another client.
8. Monthly On-Site Program
Price: 12 500 kr per month. Either party may terminate with thirty days written notice at month end. Fees for completed sessions within the notice month remain due. Unused sessions do not roll over unless explicitly agreed. Early termination by the client without cause may incur one monthly fee as a reasonable preparation charge if coaches were reserved exclusively.
9. Add-Ons
Executive Briefing, Hybrid Stream, and Posture Audit add-ons follow the same forty-eight hour reschedule rule. Delivered digital summaries after a Posture Audit are non-refundable once sent.
10. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in SEK within fourteen business days. Bank processing may add additional days. Invoiced B2B clients receive credit notes where applicable under Swedish VAT rules.
11. Service Concerns
If a session does not match the confirmed scope, notify us within five business days with specifics. We may offer a repeat visit or partial credit after review. Good-faith feedback helps us improve the Office Reset Method.
